I'm told that the Kindle version is ready now on Amazon. Amazon has been experiencing a few production problems but the paperback book should be back on line this afternoon. If you're having problems ordering, please let me know. Also, remember that you can order from my website to get a signed copy and I'll send the book out next week.

I'll continue with this site for a time, even though the book is complete. I'm considering writing an account of all my experiences with this book and would be curious if you think that's a good idea.
