I'm told that the Kindle version is ready now on Amazon. Amazon has been experiencing a few production problems but the paperback book should be back on line this afternoon. I'm still trying to get Kindle version out tomorrow.The book should be out next week, available on Amazon either Monday or Tuesday and available at Barnes and Nobel probably the next week. Because of the Christmas rush to get books out, the printer won't guarantee books for Barnes and Nobel before New Years, but t doesn't affect Amazon. If you won't to preorder, you can do so at richardbiggsbooks. You can also order from amazon at this site. I'll try to send the preorders out next week, autographed of course.
