Q. Mrs. Espinal, have you been addicted to cocaine?
A. Yes, I have. Probably five or six years. The last two years, every day. Maybe half an ounce to an ounce every day. I was mainlining it, snorting it.
Q. Can you describe the methods in which you have used cocaine?
A. You can snort cocaine or you can melt it and it turns back into a rock and it’s like crack, you freebase it, or you can inject it into your veins.
This is a woman the feds trotted out time and time again to testify against people.
This is her remarks about Jerry at that same trial:
Q. Isn’t it true that you think that your ex-husband is powerful enough to start wars if it suits his purpose?
A. He’s capable of it, yes.
Q. Isn’t it true that you feel his power is so pervasive that it goes all the way to the president of the united states?
A. No, but close to it.
Q. How close?
A. With high government officials on the government staff.
And the government considered this woman a credible witness? Understand that not only did she try to bury Jerry, she went after his family and friends. She goes on the witness stand and admits to hiring someone to murder a woman, and smiles when she says it because the prosecution has given her full immunity to testify. Is that not sick?
